Another Bonnington Batch hits the Bottle
Bonnington Brewery's batch #8, 26 bottles of Thomas Cooper's Sparkling Ale was run through the Brewery's Bottling and Packaging Unit today:
Where it will stay until ready for drinking in about a month. In about a month, because here at Bonnington, we don't release a new batch until the last one's been drunk.
The batch has now been transferred for five days to our temperature-controlled Secondary Fermentation Unit
